- Meet project revenue commitments.
- Act as the primary customer contact.
- Interface between BD and customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication among all relevant parties.
- Coordinate and lead internal alignment meetings.
- Coordinate and lead remote customer appointments.
- Conduct remote and onsite project meetings.
- Collaborate with commercial, support, and development teams.
