  • Attention to detail, independent work, and teamwork ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desirable experience in academic teaching (including e-learning)
  • Enthusiasm, hard-working, motivation, independent work, and teamwork
  • Very good English knowledge, basic German knowledge

  • Conduct original research in bioinorganic chemistry
  • Conduct original research in chemical biology
  • Focus research on novel tumor-inhibiting compounds
  • Investigate therapy resistance mechanisms
  • Utilize human cell models for research
  • Characterize bioactivities with cell and molecular biology methods
  • Apply flow cytometry, microscopy, and immunofluorescence
  • Coordinate with synthetic chemistry experts
  • Contribute to designing cancer therapeutics
  • Prepare internal reports
  • Contribute to scientific publications
  • Write academic articles
  • Present scientific results at conferences
  • Sign doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months
  • Teach courses independently per collective agreement
