- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards, UAV regulations, and airspace management
- Experience planning and executing complex test campaigns and field operations
- Ability to manage technical documentation, reporting, and operational procedures
- Hands-on mindset with ability to troubleshoot systems in operational environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and test teams
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience or ability to mentor and guide operational teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Willingness to operate in dynamic environments

- Design resilient PNT solutions
- Integrate GPS/GNSS and INS technologies
- Support secure, low-latency communication suites
- Design Line-of-Sight and SATCOM systems
- Contribute to electrical platform integration
- Support wire harness design
- Consider EMI/EMC in electrical systems
- Develop and execute V&V plans
- Conduct hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Conduct software-in-the-loop testing
- Verify compliance with military standards
