Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher (or NZ and AUS "Bachelor with honors") in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Proven experience leading space projects from design to hardware qualification
- Strong understanding of liquid-propellant rocket and engine systems
- Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics and mechanical design
- Some understanding of machine dynamics (e.g., rotordynamics)
- Good understanding of manufacturing methods and constraints
- Proven experience in external supplier handling
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills (asset)
- Strong collaborative work ability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong research skills and information inference ability
- Drive towards excellence and time management ability
- Proficiency in task organization and prioritization
