- EU/EFTA passport or valid work permit for Switzerland
Tasks
- Administer Swiss and Liechtenstein entities
- Incorporate and liquidate companies
- Draft minutes and agreements
- Perform corporate secretarial work
- Process payments
- Manage bank account openings and maintain relationships with banks
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Prepare resolutions and board minutes
- Document general meeting minutes and KYC responses
- Draft memorandums on transactions and trust-related events
- Coordinate client onboarding and prepare KYC documentation
- Open bank accounts and prepare closing binders
- Support risk management by identifying and reporting risks
- Meet governance and compliance requirements
- Maintain corporate files and update Navision accurately
