- At least 15 years of project leadership experience
- Extensive experience in pre-clinical to clinical translation
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating in vitro, in/ex vivo, and in silico assays

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Advance understanding of immunological mechanisms in diseases
- Identify and validate new therapeutic targets
- Support progression of the cluster portfolio
- Coordinate disease model expertise across various platforms
- Differentiate mechanisms in the disease portfolio early on
- Innovate new methodologies and models
- Leverage computational expertise to analyze complex data sets
- Evaluate and establish strategic collaborations with academic institutes and biotech companies
- Enhance research capabilities and pipeline
- Represent translational immunology research in scientific forums and conferences
- Drive integration of precision medicine approaches in immunology research
- Mentor and develop junior scientists
- Foster a culture of teamwork, scientific excellence, and innovation
- Manage research budgets, resources, and timelines across projects
