Transformation Manager EMEA fulfillment(m/w/x)
Guiding strategic planning and overseeing mission-critical project execution for EMEA distribution at a global Connected Care provider. 10+ years progressive supply chain or strategic management experience required; consultancy background a significant advantage. Preferred shareholding program.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or strategic management roles
- Supply Chain consultancy experience is a significant advantage
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience with global ERP system (Oracle), data analytics platforms
- Proven ability to lead change and influence without authority
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and internationally
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certifications
- Familiarity with global supply chain operation and logistics
- Track record of successful digital transformation initiatives
- Experience managing crisis situations or business continuity programs
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it
- Alignment of supply chain strategy with enterprise objectives
- Operational excellence and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong engagement and trust among stakeholders
- Continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes
- Resilience and agility in the face of industry disruptions
Tasks
- Serve as a thought partner to the Head of EMEA Distribution
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans
- Prepare executive-level presentations and business review materials
- Facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Oversee execution of mission-critical projects
- Develop and manage dashboards to track KPIs and milestones
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve conflicts
- Analyze distribution processes and workflows for improvement
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Leverage data analytics and simulation tools for optimization
- Act as a central communication point for the EMEA distribution team
- Coordinate leadership meetings and cross-functional workshops
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Partner with IT and analytics teams to adopt digital tools
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans
