- Coordinate with project leads, vendors, and clients
- Print event badges
- Manage iPad sign-in processes
- Perform lead scanning
- Manage onsite AV and equipment
- Drive audience engagement
- Report daily to clients
- Review event apps for flawless delivery
- Brief and prepare speakers for presentations
- Oversee live event interactivities
- Support analysis of event data
- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to project lead
- Build content for standard Backstage features
- Ensure quality of follow-up emails
- Maintain error-free configurations during Project Reviews
