Tasks
- Provide Level 3 business support for Endur
- Resolve trade and lifecycle issues
- Manage trade booking and amendments
- Handle complex deal structures
- Ensure trade lifecycle integrity
- Maintain adherence to operational controls
- Collaborate with Trading, Risk, and Middle Office
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support business-led change initiatives
- Implement process improvements
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Validate ETRM system changes
- Document business processes and controls

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
