Requirements

  • Proven experience as Test Manager or senior testing lead
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall)
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD integration
  • Experience with performance testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of banking or financial systems (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • ISTQB Advanced Level certification (highly desirable)
  • PMP certification (highly desirable)
  • Agile Testing certification (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts
  • Understanding of CI/CD importance
  • Understanding of automated testing value
  • Willingness to learn new ways of working
  • Pride in work
  • Striving to lead by example
  • Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or related area
  • Proven relevant working experience
  • Very good English level

Tasks

  • Plan and oversee software testing activities
  • Design test strategies
  • Coordinate test environments
  • Ensure defect tracking
  • Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project managers
  • Manage functional, regression, and non-functional testing
  • Coordinate test environment use
  • Support test automation coverage
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Lead and mentor test team members
  • Promote continuous improvement in test efficiency and coverage
