- Lead technology deployment and adoption
- Ensure customer use cases, performance, and economic targets are met
- Manage technology transfer from R&D and Engineering to customer operations
- Oversee installation, qualification, and ongoing support
- Provide advanced application and technical support
- Troubleshoot, monitor performance, and optimize tool utilization
- Lead and develop the on-site Field Service Engineer (FSE) team
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement for FSEs
- Translate customer needs and market feedback for Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Marketing
- Own site-level technical performance metrics
- Monitor uptime, MTTR, issue resolution effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Recommend process improvements, upgrades, or feature enhancements
