- Vocational training as technician with several years technical writer experience
- High level of written and spoken English and German
- Initial experience with CMS, SolidWorks Composer, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to analyze technical information and convey clearly
- Prior professional experience in technical documentation
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
Tasks
- Create and revise technical documents
- Use SCHEMA ST4 content management system
- Develop user manuals, PIRs, software manuals, and service information
- Create graphics with SolidWorks Composer and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Research and prepare technical information independently
- Plan, coordinate, and execute documentation projects
- Compile and deliver complete documentation packages on schedule
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Manage translations via CMS
- Stay updated on technical documentation trends
- Provide input for process and tool optimization
- Collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams
