Requirements
- •Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- •3+ years in industrial automation or relevant test & verification
- •Knowledge in Beckhoff TwinCAT programming
- •Experience with Cyclone Carrier, Tornado, QuickMove
- •Understanding of industrial safety and operational practices
- •Understanding of material handling systems
- •Experience or familiarity with pallet products
- •Familiarity with WMS architectures and integration
- •Systematic, hypothesis driven deep debugging approach
- •Systems thinking regarding PLC and WMS interplay
- •Clear communication and high quality documentation
- •Customer focus with pragmatic and rational approach
- •End to end accountability and ownership
- •Willingness for occasional travel to customer sites

- •Triage and resolve escalated incidents within SLA terms
- •Lead root cause analysis for corrective and preventive actions
- •Perform log and trace analysis to identify technical issues
- •Deliver hotfixes and coordinate patch rollouts
- •Debug and modify Beckhoff PLC code for various products
- •Optimize control logic and error recovery sequences
- •Participate in controls software development and modernization projects
- •Liaise with engineering and quality teams to prioritize defects
- •Issue technical customer support information for your expertise area
- •Advise on cutover plans and rollback strategies for upgrades
- •Support system go-lives and major technical upgrades
- •Participate in a 24/7 global on-call support rotation
