- •Design, develop, and maintain medium-complexity storage environments
- •Develop and maintain data center, network, and client/server environments
- •Ensure solutions align with industry best practices
- •Serve as a third-line point of escalation for global infrastructure issues
- •Maintain enterprise architecture artifacts
- •Deliver digital solution architecture services
- •Prepare conceptual and logical architecture diagrams
- •Collect and analyze business requirements
- •Express business requirements in terms of target user roles and goals
- •Communicate the local action plan linked to the function's strategy
- •Motivate and lead the team to achieve local business objectives
- •Manage and secure IT infrastructure, including networks and servers
- •Develop and implement strategic IT infrastructure and security plans
