In this role, you will be the go-to person for technical support, managing everything from customer inquiries to order tracking. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing offers, coordinating warranty cases, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
  • Proactivity and creativity
  • Intercultural understanding and customer orientation
  • Experience with hydraulic selection tools
  • Experience using CRM tools, SAP, and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with order execution of technical projects
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluency in English and German; other languages advantageous
  • Higher Technical College in a relevant discipline or relevant school education in rotating hydraulic machines
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support

Tasks

  • Provide technical and product support to customers
  • Prepare offers using CRM, Compono, and Configurator
  • Manage and track international order costs and delivery times
  • Serve as the order-specific contact from inquiry to pump delivery
  • Coordinate warranty case execution with the Service team
  • Follow tasks according to the Sales and Order Execution Process
