Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
  • •Proactivity and creativity
  • •Intercultural understanding and customer orientation
  • •Experience with hydraulic selection tools
  • •Experience using CRM tools, SAP, and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • •Experience with order execution of technical projects
  • •Independent and structured way of working
  • •Fluency in English and German; other languages advantageous
  • •Higher Technical College in a relevant discipline or relevant school education in rotating hydraulic machines
  • •Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support

Tasks

  • •Provide technical and product support to customers
  • •Prepare offers using CRM, Compono, and Configurator
  • •Manage and track international order costs and delivery times
  • •Serve as the order-specific contact from inquiry to pump delivery
  • •Coordinate warranty case execution with the Service team
  • •Follow tasks according to the Sales and Order Execution Process
