Requirements

  • •5+ years of project management experience
  • •Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
  • •Belief in stakeholder management and communications
  • •Services delivery experience with development or operation teams
  • •Ability to travel and work on customer sites
  • •Fluent in German and English
  • •Experience as a SCRUM master
  • •Experience in managing projects with high uncertainty
  • •Experience in delivering software development projects
  • •Experience with JIRA / Project tools

  • •Lead a small Agile team in migrating legacy Java applications to cloud-based architecture on MongoDB
  • •Collaborate with the Technical Lead to guide the team towards successful project outcomes
  • •Utilize genAI tools to accelerate the migration process
  • •Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to manage concerns and resolutions
  • •Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
  • •Identify and remove project impediments proactively
  • •Manage project risks and issues effectively
  • •Define and refine the project team's 'Way of Working'
  • •Streamline communication between the project team and stakeholders
  • •Manage expectations of project stakeholders, including organizational leaders
  • •Act as a liaison between the customer, project team, and MongoDB departments
  • •Create plans and priorities for project delivery and customer resources
  • •Establish and lead recurring project status meetings with stakeholders
  • •Report project status concisely to both internal teams and customers
  • •Document project progress according to best practices
  • •Manage escalations and critical situations as they arise
  • •Assist in scoping solutions and defining project scope
  • •Adopt a consultative approach that builds trust and confidence
  • •Explore genAI possibilities to enhance project delivery
