Requirements

- Ensure process effectiveness across the organization
- Define relevant KPIs
- Monitor relevant KPIs
- Prepare analyses for top management
- Provide decision support for top management
- Prepare steering committees
- Support steering committees
- Develop decision-making templates
- Take technical responsibility for deadlines
- Take technical responsibility for costs
- Take technical responsibility for quality
- Cooperate closely with global development teams
- Cooperate closely with global product teams
- Contribute expertise to industrialization projects
