Requirements

  • Deep software engineering understanding
  • Proven experience in Lead, Integration, or DevSecOps role
  • Ability to manage external development teams
  • Hold vendors accountable for code quality and security
  • Deep technical knowledge of API Gateways (Rest/Soap)
  • Deep technical knowledge of File Transfer (SFTP/MFT)
  • Deep technical knowledge of Identity Management (OIDC)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS core services (ECS, RDS, IAM)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux environments
  • Practical experience with security scanning tools
  • Practical experience with vulnerability management
  • Practical experience with "Least Privilege" access principles
  • Ability to understand complex data flows (SQL/Data Lineage)
  • Ability to validate accounting and risk reporting requirements
  • Experience working in regulated environments (Banking/Finance)
  • Ability to translate technical debt into risk language
  • Business fluent English
  • German language skills considered advantage

Tasks

  • Act as Technical Governor for Credit Cards Tribe
  • Secure federated landscape of 7 strategic vendors
  • Enforce engineering rigor and define Quality Gates
  • Bridge gap between Solution Architecture and Vendor delivery
  • Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and technically stable
  • Define and police strict interface specifications
  • Design automated Smoke Tests and code quality checks
  • Architect technical security wrapper for legacy Client Onboarding
  • Implement technical checks for data integrity
  • Define deployment pipeline standards for CI/CD
  • Lead root cause analysis during outages
  • Build technical observability for regulatory compliance
  • Enforce API-First design pattern for new components
  • Validate feasibility of critical architectural decisions
