- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects
- Support routine maintenance and refurbishments
- Stay informed on facility matters
- Prepare documentation for management decisions
- Reduce the carbon footprint of technical operations
- Lower energy and water consumption
- Manage office space allocations
- Oversee office refurbishments and moves
- Manage office supplies
- Coordinate catering services
- Coordinate domestic services
- Coordinate the institute’s vehicle fleet
- Maintain the inventory database
- Support strategic development of buildings and facilities
