Requirements

  • Thought leadership in CMC/product development
  • Leading complex pharmaceutical projects
  • B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Strong background in biologics process development
  • CMC team leadership
  • Advanced understanding of full drug development process

Tasks

  • Lead Technical Development Teams (TDTs) for CMC strategies
  • Drive CMC strategies from early trials to product launch
  • Ensure technical and scientific integrity throughout the product lifecycle
  • Design and implement multifaceted technical strategies
  • Ensure seamless regulatory approval and commercial success
  • Provide enterprise-level perspectives on CMC deliverables
  • Serve as primary liaison to asset teams and senior management
  • Deliver transparent updates to governance committees
  • Oversee end-to-end CMC development
  • Manage financial stewardship and resource forecasting
  • Track milestones for flawless execution
  • Drive informed decision-making for CMC investments
  • Develop robust contingency plans
  • Proactively communicate potential impacts to leadership
