Requirements

  • Good command of English and German (B2 or C1 level)
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Service Now
  • Ability to analyze requirements from provider and client perspectives
  • Integration focus with tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman, SoapUI, or SQL understanding
  • Experience in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
  • Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with process and requirements methods
  • Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude

Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate business processes into technical specifications
  • Design and document BPMN diagrams and workflow schemas
  • Identify opportunities for process automation
  • Define integration points with core systems
  • Provide technical integration documentation
  • Create detailed requirement specifications and user stories
  • Lead the development team during implementation and pilot rollouts
