Requirements

  • Warehouse logistics training with several years of experience, ideally in materials/warehouse management
  • Team leadership experience
  • SAP knowledge, Stock Room Management or WM modules experience advantageous
  • Strong quality awareness, independent and responsible work
  • Team-oriented mindset, enjoyment of coordinating own team
  • Excellent German skills, English skills advantageous
  • Valid forklift license

Tasks

  • Lead and develop the team
  • Focus on people management
  • Optimize processes
  • Manage efficient picking and warehouse operations
  • Handle SAP goods movements
  • Serve as the point of contact for organizational and technical questions
  • Interface with production and assembly
  • Train and support new employees
  • Support operational staff scheduling
  • Plan vacation for operational staff
  • Conduct inventories and stock counts
  • Ensure accurate warehouse balances
  • Participate in day-to-day operations
  • Provide cross-team support within warehouse logistics
