Description

Operational standards management using 4M methods and Pas-X inventory systems at consumer health manufacturer. 3–5 years leadership experience in manufacturing and root cause analysis proficiency required. Night-shift premiums, performance-based bonus, and holiday allowance.

Requirements

• •3–5 years leadership experience in manufacturing
• •Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• •Application of Root Cause Analysis methods
• •Ability to lead teams through change
• •Ability to perform strenuous physical activities

Tasks

• •Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and Quality standards
• •Conduct safety and quality investigations
• •Follow all company policies and procedures
• •Establish operational standards using the 4M’s
• •Manage inventory and materials using SAP and Pas-X
• •Perform batch reconciliation and cycle counting
• •Lead operators in an FMCG production environment
• •Meet safety, quality, and output expectations
• •Execute improvement projects within scope and budget
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
• •Apply structured problem-solving and performance-management tools
• •Drive real-time issue identification and root-cause analysis
• •Lead continuous-improvement initiatives
• •Identify and develop high-potential team members
• •Set performance expectations and provide constructive feedback
• •Implement and track employee development plans
• •Manage task allocation and operator recruitment
• •Maintain staffing levels and production continuity
• •Manage the Manufacturing budget for cost-effective operations
