Requirements

  • •University degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
  • •Several years of professional experience in embedded software development
  • •Knowledge of development processes for safety in aviation, space, or similar (DO-178C, ECSS-E-ST-40)
  • •Experience in leading a team of software developers and managing suppliers
  • •Ability to create a good work atmosphere in an inspiring, visionary, and motivating way
  • •Experience with project management and dealing with business processes
  • •Ability to lead diverse teams and organize work within an international environment
  • •Excellent communication skills in English
