Tasks

  • Lead and develop the IE/ME team
  • Ensure high-quality IE master data (BOE, BOP, M-BOM)
  • Plan production capabilities and capacities
  • Optimize production capabilities and capacities
  • Plan investments in manufacturing equipment, tools, and infrastructure
  • Optimize investments in manufacturing equipment, tools, and infrastructure
  • Conduct time studies
  • Conduct cost analyses
  • Conduct productivity reviews
  • Support implementation of new technologies
  • Support implementation of engineering changes
  • Deploy the PALFINGER Production System (PPS)
  • Strengthen Lean culture across the plant
  • Establish Shop Floor Management
  • Drive continuous improvement projects
  • Develop the Overall Plant Concept (OPC)
  • Maintain the Overall Plant Concept (OPC)
  • Optimize value streams
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Track improvements via the Plant Saving Tracker (PST)
