Requirements

  • •Strong communication skills in German and English
  • •Extensive HR/People Operations experience in fast-paced, international environments
  • •Deep knowledge of German labor law and compliance
  • •Solid hands-on experience with payroll preparation and benefit administration
  • •Strong expertise in HRIS systems, preferably Personio
  • •Player-coach mentality
  • •Curiosity about AI, automation, and new tools
  • •Strong process-building skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and pragmatic

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Coach and develop a team of three
  • •Stay hands-on with operational work
  • •Build and optimize People Ops infrastructure
  • •Manage employee lifecycle processes
  • •Ensure compliance frameworks are effective
  • •Oversee multi-country payroll preparation
  • •Manage employee benefit programs with Finance
  • •Drive data quality and system optimization in Personio
  • •Build dashboards and explore AI solutions
  • •Partner with People Business Partners for accurate data
  • •Provide responsive operational support
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales Ops
  • •Align processes to solve cross-functional challenges
  • •Ensure compliance with German and European labor law
  • •Identify pain points and test solutions
  • •Implement continuous improvements
