Tasks

  • Lead and develop the PALFINGER World team
  • Onboard, coach, and plan resources
  • Foster a culture of excellence and hospitality
  • Oversee daily operations of PALFINGER World
  • Ensure high visitor satisfaction and operational quality
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end events and tours
  • Conduct conferences, customer events, and product presentations
  • Evolve the tour experience and ensure professional event execution
  • Manage budgets, infrastructure, and compliance
  • Control costs and ensure technical functionality
  • Maintain safety and legal event requirements
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Act as the main interface for PALFINGER World
  • Drive new technologies and fresh content
  • Strengthen the location's role in customer engagement
