Requirements

  • Expertise in targeted and/or immuno-oncological therapies
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence global/regional/local medical organizations and external experts
  • Strong scientific leadership skills driving high-priority projects in global matrix structures
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities in complex, virtual, global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, elevate capabilities, and foster trust, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills for virtual teams and matrix influence
  • Applications from persons with severe disabilities warmly welcomed; preferential consideration in cases of equal qualifications

Tasks

  • Define and drive global medical strategy for oncology pipeline assets
  • Ensure integration of scientific insights into development plans
  • Represent Medical Affairs in governance bodies for strategic direction
  • Drive global readiness for pivotal milestones in clinical trials
  • Build and empower a high-performing team of Medical Leads
  • Provide strategic direction for medical deliverables and evidence plans
  • Establish and elevate standards for talent development and communication
  • Support the Head of Pipeline Medical Affairs with transparent delegation
  • Lead initiatives impacting multiple pipeline assets
  • Leverage clinical and scientific expertise to guide evidence generation
  • Strengthen engagement with external experts and medical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global matrix teams and external partners
