Tasks
- Promote products to primary and secondary care accounts
- Lead and empower the team to achieve targets
- Meet call metrics to maximize sales performance
- Identify key stakeholders within target accounts
- Manage patient upgrades and information for retention
- Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- Manage territory, sales, and customer relationships
- Guide customers on sensors and healthcare software
- Support professionals with product training for customers
- Manage and support key opinion leaders
- Develop strategy plans for key customer deployment
- Organize and execute territorial training events
- Participate in congresses and education programs
- Report daily activities via the CRM system
- Plan and execute events for professionals and patients
- Support the launch of new products and technologies
