- Guide in-house talent to build cultural research tools
- Forecast trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Implement methodologies to predict and optimize project effectiveness
- Lead and inspire a team of eight specialists
- Manage team capacity and delegate workflows
- Standardize strategic processes to ensure consistent quality
- Partner with senior stakeholders and internal clients
- Bridge strategy with production and media for creative execution
