Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years Business Process Management experience (e.g., Business Architect, Process Manager/Expert, Process Owner, Process Improvement Specialist)
  • Extensive BPMN 2.0 modelling expertise
  • At least 3 years leadership experience (incl. matrix leadership)
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Proven track record in project delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong experience with BPM tools (minimum 3 years)
  • Familiarity with BPM methodologies/frameworks (e.g., PDCA, CPI, Six Sigma, APQC)
  • Proven expertise in process integration
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture
  • SAP S/4HANA end-to-end process design expertise
  • Interface/integration concepts expertise
  • Fluency in English
  • German proficiency preferred
  • SAP solution/enterprise architecture experience preferred
  • SAP Activate and SAP Signavio knowledge preferred

  • Ensure consistent BPM tool usage
  • Lead enterprise end-to-end process architecture
  • Govern process design and documentation
  • Manage cross-domain process integration
  • Escalate design conflicts and risks
  • Develop BPM training strategy
  • Enable sustainable process adoption
  • Build multidisciplinary team
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Represent BPM&A in governance bodies
  • Improve global BPM user community
