Requirements
- •5–8+ years in acquiring/payments risk
- •Deep expertise in card scheme programs and merchant risk typologies
- •Advanced analytical capability (SQL required, Python/R or similar a plus)
- •Strong leadership and stakeholder influence
- •Fluency in English, German or Danish

- •Lead and coach a team of risk analysts
- •Hire, onboard, and train new team members
- •Provide performance feedback and support career development
- •Coordinate schedules and distribute tasks for coverage
- •Oversee daily risk monitoring and investigations
- •Act as escalation point for complex cases
- •Manage incidents related to payments risk and fraud
- •Conduct post-mortems and implement structural fixes
- •Govern underwriting execution and ensure due diligence quality
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- •Drive cross-functional resolutions with fraud and compliance teams
- •Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, including playbooks and post-mortems
- •Execute the fraud risk strategy and monitor performance
- •Reduce false positive rates and report progress to management
- •Establish KPIs and ensure audit readiness
- •Support regulatory and scheme audits
- •Build relationships with card networks and risk vendors
- •Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and regulatory changes
- •Translate trends into actionable policies
- •Share expertise to support junior team members in daily operations
