Team Business Manager Middle East & Africa(m/w/x)
Daily operational and strategic coordination for personalized wealth management services, assisting a Group Head. Autonomous work and independent time management essential. Regional focus on Middle East & Africa.

Tasks
- Manage daily operational, commercial, and administrative tasks
- Support the Group Head with daily requests
- Oversee team task management
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects with the Market Business Management team
- Assist the Group Head in supervisory duties
- Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
- Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for planning and performance reviews
- Gather team input to enhance process and system efficiency
- Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
- Monitor and follow up on agreed actions
- Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
- Manage the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development
- Coordinate and follow up on sales tools usage within the team
- Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
Education
- High school diploma
