Tasks

  • Manage daily operational, commercial, and administrative tasks
  • Support the Group Head with daily requests
  • Oversee team task management
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects with the Market Business Management team
  • Assist the Group Head in supervisory duties
  • Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
  • Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for planning and performance reviews
  • Gather team input to enhance process and system efficiency
  • Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
  • Monitor and follow up on agreed actions
  • Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
  • Manage the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales tools usage within the team
  • Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
