- Operational excellence incl. process structure, efficiency, documentation
- Advanced Excel, SAP, and GTC skills
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- University degree in Business administration (accounting & taxes), comparable education, or equivalent experience
- Experience in tax reporting under HGB, IFRS, Solvency II
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Openness and motivation for regular position changes
Tasks
- Manage tax reporting and closing process
- Coordinate with foreign branches on tax reporting
- Analyze corporate income and deferred taxes
- Prepare booking entries for taxes
- Ensure compliance with HGB, IFRS, and Solvency II
- Manage VAT, IPT, and transfer pricing
- Support tax audits with Group Tax
- Contribute to efficient reporting processes
- Assure data quality and provide clarifications
- Participate in projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with local service providers and Group Tax
- Align deliverables, timelines, and content
- Work closely with the accounting function in Munich
