Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field
- Several years of Tax, Finance, or Accounting experience in international environment
- Experience in multinational company or international advisory/accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, direct and indirect taxes; transfer pricing is a plus
- Exposure to international tax environments, ideally across CEE markets
- Analytical skills with hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge; SAP4 Hana experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- Complete information regarding work permit status in Austria
Tasks
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for multiple international entities
- Prepare and review tax reports, statutory financial statements, and year-end disclosures
- Coordinate corporate income tax processes with external advisors and local authorities
- Serve as key contact for VAT and international tax issues across the region
- Collaborate with Group Tax on transfer pricing, international projects, and cross-border initiatives
- Develop and improve regional tax processes and reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with internal tax control frameworks
- Partner with Finance, external stakeholders, and regional business teams in Central and Eastern Europe
- Act as main contact for external audit teams, tax advisors, and local tax authorities
