Systems Engineer Flight Controls/ High Lift System(m/w/x)
Designing and developing high lift systems with automated controls for flight systems. MBSE and software development tool application knowledge required. 30 days vacation, employer-funded pension.
Requirements
- University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in electrical engineering, information technology, or systems engineering
- Broad knowledge in communication or controls technology, sensing and data generation, software development, or systems engineering
- Good understanding of tool application in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or software development
- Advanced English and German language skills; French is a plus
- Team player with good communication skills, personal engagement, and ability to work in international environment
- Willingness to travel for business up to once a month worldwide
Tasks
- Design and develop high lift system
- Integrate sub-system control architecture
- Define work package contents and activities
- Apply automated controls for flight systems
- Assess filtering, estimation, and stability needs
- Identify life cycle activities for design and support
- Define checks and balances for development phases
- Ensure product maturity through milestone gates
