  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • •Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • •Extensive experience in budgeting and cost management
  • •Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation skills
  • •Strong commitment to standardizing and streamlining approaches and processes
  • •Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build sustainable relationships

  • •Develop the partner landscape to meet current and future requirements
  • •Build a trusting and coordinated ecosystem of internal and external resources
  • •Review and refine existing contracts
  • •Lead contract negotiations and implement improvements
  • •Collaborate with internal experts and legal colleagues on vendor relationships
  • •Prepare a demand-driven consultant portfolio
  • •Conduct performance reviews and track qualifications and skills
  • •Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding consultants
  • •Onboard new consultants with sessions, templates, and procedures
  • •Standardize and operationalize tracking across the service portfolio
