Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a System Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in systems or software development projects
Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices

Tasks

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements
Analyze and refine requirements for clarity and feasibility
Create detailed requirement specifications
Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Validate requirements with stakeholders and document feedback
Verify requirements are testable and link to test cases
Manage changes to requirements and document updates
Identify risks related to requirements
