- Proven experience leading full system lifecycles
- Strong background in system architecture, requirements engineering, trade-off analysis
- Broad engineering culture (mechanical, electrical, embedded systems)
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing technical interfaces
- Rigorous, structured, mission-driven mindset, strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Bonus: Experience with UAS or defense systems
Tasks
- Own architecture and system definition
- Translate mission needs into system-level designs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
- Perform system-level simulations
- Oversee system integration and prototyping
- Ensure performance targets are met
- Drive design and architecture reviews
- Maintain consistency between requirements, design, and testing
- Enhance requirements traceability
- Improve system documentation
- Optimize validation workflows
