Requirements

  • Education in computer science, engineering, or relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems (preferably RedHat)
  • Good understanding of network technologies (Layer 2/3, Cisco/Aruba)
  • Experience with automation and DevOps tools (such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
  • Strong general IT and engineering skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA and Confluence)
  • Experience with AutoCAD/QGIS and knowledge of A-SMGCS technology
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Basic knowledge of German is an advantage

Tasks

  • Set up and configure system infrastructure
  • Install and configure Linux operating systems using Ansible
  • Tune proprietary internal software solutions
  • Execute configuration tasks, including build scripts and automation
  • Create and verify system test procedures based on customer requirements
  • Manage work packages, including design, configuration, and testing
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for project delivery
