- Perform high-fidelity EM simulations using CST Microwave Studio or Ansys HFSS
- Optimize antenna gain, bandwidth, and mutual coupling at mmWave frequencies
- Define requirements for high-frequency PCB materials and stack-ups
- Ensure minimal insertion loss and stable performance across automotive temperature ranges
- Analyze and optimize antenna interaction with sensor housing (radome/fascia)
- Mitigate reflections and boresight errors in antenna design
- Lead antenna characterization in anechoic chambers
- Perform 3D radiation pattern measurements, gain verification, and phase center analysis
- Collaborate with PCB suppliers and production teams
- Ensure antenna designs are compatible with high-volume automotive manufacturing
