Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on system administration
- Strong server and network administration background
- Solid IdP/SSO and lifecycle management skills
- Good grasp of IT security principles
- Experience with MDM for macOS and Windows
- Experience administering Atlassian products or similar
- Familiarity with network basics
- Comfortable with Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, macOS, Linux, Windows, SaaS tools
- Ability to script and automate
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, able to prioritize
- Conversational level German
Tasks
- Own and operate key internal IT platforms
- Design and implement user lifecycle management
- Maintain access controls across systems
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations
- Enforce security policies and MFA
- Manage conditional access in IdP
- Support and improve endpoint management
- Ensure secure and productive client setup
- Collaborate with Platform and Security teams
- Handle 1st/2nd/3rd-level incidents and requests
- Drive automation of recurring tasks
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Maintain local server and network infrastructure
- Participate in IT projects
- Lead migrations and new tool rollouts
- Implement security improvements
- Contribute to on-call or out-of-hours work
