  • Solve complex technical challenges in Motion portfolio
  • Support global organization in customer support
  • Act as 2nd-Level expert for advanced inquiries
  • Reproduce and isolate root causes of issues
  • Drive solutions in collaboration with development teams
  • Improve product quality based on real-world feedback
  • Enhance product usability based on international feedback
  • Update and maintain product documentation
  • Handle product-related inquiries independently
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support
  • Analyze feedback on product quality and usability
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in machine processes
  • Collaborate with developers on motion technology
