Tasks
- Lead and execute part and process qualifications (PPAP)
- Act as project manager for PPAP activities
- Drive supplier qualification and quality improvement
- Plan and conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Follow up on supplier audits and assessments
- Ensure effective closure of non-conformances
- Manage supplier quality issues and non-conformances
- Escalate issues when required
- Monitor and report supplier performance KPIs
- Support Supplier Performance Evaluations
- Maintain PPAP documentation in PLM systems and SAP Reiwa
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Promote proactive communication
- Resolve conflicts effectively
