Requirements

• •3+ years experience in demand, supply planning, or supply chain
• •Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• •Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and SQL
• •Affinity for data and effective communication of insights
• •Analytical skills, problem-solving, and fast execution
• •Self-starter mindset and collaborative teamwork
• •Fluency in English, German is a plus
• •1-2 years of experience

Tasks

• •Develop category and supplier replenishment strategies
• •Execute AI-driven demand forecasting
• •Create 12-month rolling supply plans
• •Balance inventory availability with cost efficiency
• •Implement omnichannel inventory management strategies
• •Segment stock across various sales channels
• •Optimize stock levels and inventory health
• •Maximize GMV through promotional availability management
• •Manage inbound selling and SKU transitions
• •Ensure full sell-through of discontinued items
• •Minimize availability and delivery lead-time disruptions
• •Deliver OKRs to improve scalability and automation
• •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• •Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
• •Conduct ad hoc performance analyses
• •Track KPIs to drive continuous improvement
