Tasks
- Oversee operational setup for Supply Chain Warehousing and logistics
- Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity management
- Support demand planning aligned with maintenance activities
- Provide strategic and transactional support for purchasing goods and services
- Act as the main point of contact for all requirements, liaising with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Manage stock shortages and spare demands, suggesting risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure order status and stock levels are aligned within relevant systems
- Resolve material discrepancies and quarantine issues raised by stakeholders
- Provide solutions for spare availability, including forecast dates for stakeholders
- Aggregate and review performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze supplier and customer data regarding products and services
- Identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues
- Explore supply chain alternatives to address emergent issues
- Support program reporting on KPI performance and financial outcomes
