Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Required English and advantageous German skills
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Expertise in advanced planning systems, SAP IBP, or comparable APS

Tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop the global planning team
- Define clear objectives, roles, and priorities
- Provide regular feedback and support individual development
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as senior escalation point for supply challenges
- Guide the team through critical business trade-offs
- Own the global S&OP calendar
- Align S&OP with financial planning cycles
- Communicate timelines and milestones transparently
- Prepare and facilitate monthly S&OP communication meetings
- Ensure meetings are structured and decision-driven
- Align with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics
- Coordinate execution with the S&OE team
- Own the global supply and inventory plan
- Ensure plan feasibility within capacity and constraints
- Drive structured scenario planning in SAP IBP
- Evaluate options and highlight business trade-offs
- Support fact-based decision-making for 18–24 month horizons
- Align mid-term planning with short-term execution
- Safeguard SAP IBP quality, stability, and improvement
- Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues
- Prioritize SAP IBP enhancements and new functionalities
- Oversee structured testing of system bug fixes
- Ensure planning systems reflect the supply network
- Provide second-level support to local planners
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions for the planning community
- Own the global S&OP scorecard
- Drive improvement discussions across global markets
- Define and oversee the global training agenda
- Maintain up-to-date process and tool documentation
- Drive adoption of global planning standards
- Standardize S&OP processes in distribution partner markets
- Support markets in optimizing safety stock levels
- Balance service levels with working capital targets
- Champion advanced planning practices as senior key user
- Lead initiatives to strengthen process efficiency
