Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in planning
- Familiarity with supply chain planning systems (SAP IBP preferred)

Tasks
- Drive standardized global S&OP process with SAP IBP
- Translate global demand into feasible supply, inventory, and production plans
- Ensure alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Prepare and manage monthly global S&OP cycle in SAP IBP
- Maintain planning templates and validate master data
- Align S&OP calendar with financial planning cycles
- Coordinate deadlines across global planning community
- Organize and facilitate key monthly meetings
- Ensure clear follow-ups and accountability for actions
- Develop and evaluate multiple planning scenarios
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Optimize overall business outcomes
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align forecasts
- Ensure seamless transition from planning to execution
- Prepare and facilitate global S&OP meeting
- Present key insights and performance updates
- Drive capability building across the organization
- Plan and deliver S&OP process and SAP IBP trainings
- Enhance training materials and develop supporting content
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date S&OP process documentation
- Act as key point of contact for local planners
- Provide second-level support and ensure quality of planning outputs
- Foster collaboration within global S&OP community
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions
- Create and distribute relevant updates and guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate market performance
- Ensure stability and quality of SAP IBP system
- Manage system issues and coordinate with IT
- Validate fixes through structured testing
- Identify and prioritize system enhancements
- Track implementation progress of system improvements
- Ensure system reflects latest supply network design
- Contribute to development and standardization of global S&OP process
- Support distribution partner markets
- Optimize safety stock strategies
- Support markets with interim planning solutions
- Promote use of advanced planning tools
- Train and document implementation initiatives
