Requirements

  • Active study in sustainability, business, economics, technology, or natural sciences
  • Affinity for IT
  • Strong interest in sustainability/ESG and banking
  • Very good command of English
  • German language skills (strong asset)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring)
  • Power BI experience (plus)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (content structuring, presentation design)
  • SharePoint site administration, user management, content creation
  • Proactiveness, curiosity, open communication, task responsibility
  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Strong team player with social skills

Tasks

  • Support project coordination and documentation
  • Assist with IT and AI processes
  • Maintain sustainability reporting platforms
  • Support sustainability reporting and data collection
  • Conduct research on sustainability and ESG topics
  • Process sustainability rating inquiries
  • Contribute to automation initiatives
  • Prepare internal and external documents
  • Prepare presentations
  • Handle general organizational tasks
  • Perform administrative duties

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
